Version2ではこれまでの機能に加え、以下の機能が追加されています。(一部機能有償)
・ホストのグループを定義可能。メイン画面でグループを選択して表示することができます。
・グループごと、または、ホストごとに、ping間隔、表示色、サウンドなどの個別設定ができます。
・ホスト名ダブルクリックなどから、リモートデスクトップ、シャットダウン等のコマンド実行が可能。
・独自のバッチファイルを登録することで、コマンドを自由に追加可能。認証支援機能を提供。
・コマンド実行を管理するコマンドコンソール機能。
・メイン画面の詳細デザインを設定可能。複数のデザインを登録可能。
・ログ記録機能。

○全般
・nWOL Version2 ライセンス条項（以下「本ライセンス条項」）は、nWOL Version2(以下「本ソフトウェア」)に適用されます。
・本ソフトウェアは、一部の有償機能を除き、本ライセンス条項に示す使用条件の下で無償で使用することができます。
・本ソフトウェアには、本ソフトウェアの配布パッケージに含まれる全てのファイルが含まれます。
・本ソフトウェアの著作者に無断で、本ソフトウェアを販売、または、他の商品の一部として販売してはならない。
・本ソフトウェアに対して、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、その他の解析行為を行ってはならない。
・本ソフトウェアは、明示または暗黙であることを問わず、いかなる保証もありません。
・本ソフトウェアは、現状有姿のまま瑕疵を問わない条件で提供されます。そのため、サポートサービスは提供されません。
・本ソフトウェアの提供者は、将来の追加機能の開発について、いかなる義務も負いません。
・本ソフトウェアの使用に起因する損害（特別損害、付随的損害、結果的損害、間接的損害を含む）について、本ソフトウェアの提供者は一切の責任を負いません。
・本ライセンス条項は、事前の通知なく変更されることがあり、その変更日以降に提供されるバージョンの本ソフトウェアに適用されます。変更日以前に提供されたバージョンの本ソフトウェアに遡及して適用されることはありません。

○有償ライセンス
・一部の有償機能については、有償ライセンスの提供を受けることにより、使用が許諾される。
・有償ライセンスの利用者は、ライセンスを第三者へ貸与、レンタル、リース、譲渡、販売することはできません。
・有償ライセンスは、「Personalライセンス」「Corporateライセンス」のいずれかにより提供されます。
・有償ライセンスの利用者は、本ソフトウェアが、ライセンスの有効性を確認するため、本ソフトウェアの提供者が運営するインターネット上のサーバにアクセスする場合があることを了承するものとする。
・本ライセンス条項に反する事実が判明した場合、ライセンスを停止する場合があります。また、その場合、ライセンス費用の返金を含む一切の義務を負いません。

○Personalライセンス利用条件
・Personalライセンスは、個人に対して提供される。
・Personalライセンスは、ライセンスを受ける者本人の非商用の個人利用の場合に限ります。
・Personalライセンスは、利用条件の範囲内であれば、ソフトウェアをインストールするコンピュータの台数に制限はありません。

○Corporateライセンス利用条件
・本ソフトウェアの有償機能を商用に利用する場合、Corporateライセンスが必要です。
・Corporateライセンスは、個人または組織に提供されます。ライセンス取得時に個人または組織が特定できる情報を本ソフトウェア提供者に明示しなければならない。
・Corporateライセンスの利用者は、ライセンス提供時に定められた利用可能コンピュータ台数の条件を超えて本ソフトウェアをインストールして使用することはできない。
・Corporateライセンスの提供を受ける者は、本ソフトウェアをインストールするコンピュータの台数を把握し、制限台数を超えないよう管理しなければならない。

nWOL Version2 License Terms (Version: January 18, 2025)

General Provisions
- The nWOL Version2 License Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these License Terms") apply to nWOL Version2 (hereinafter referred to as "this Software").
- This Software may be used free of charge under the conditions specified in these License Terms, except for certain paid features.
- This Software includes all files contained in the distribution package of this Software.
- Without the prior consent of the author of this Software, you may not sell this Software or sell it as part of another product.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze this Software.
- This Software is provided without any warranties, whether explicit or implicit.
- This Software is provided "as is," without any guarantees of its fitness for any particular purpose. No support services are provided.
- The provider of this Software is under no obligation to develop additional features for future releases.
- The provider of this Software shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this Software, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
- These License Terms are subject to change without prior notice and will apply to versions of this Software provided after the effective date of such changes. Changes to these terms will not apply retroactively to versions of this Software provided before the effective date.

Paid License
- Certain paid features are permitted for use under a paid license.
- Users of a paid license may not lend, rent, lease, transfer, or sell the license to any third party.
- Paid licenses are provided as either a "Personal License" or a "Corporate License."
- Users of a paid license acknowledge that this Software may access an internet-based server operated by the provider of this Software to verify the validity of the license.
- If a violation of these License Terms is identified, the license may be suspended. In such cases, the provider is not obligated to refund the license fee or fulfill any other obligations.

Personal License Terms of Use
- A Personal License is granted to individuals.
- A Personal License is valid only for non-commercial personal use by the individual holding the license.
- Under the conditions of use, there is no limitation on the number of computers on which this Software may be installed.

Corporate License Terms of Use
- A Corporate License is required to use the paid features of this Software for commercial purposes.
- A Corporate License is provided to an individual or organization. At the time of obtaining the license, the individual or organization must disclose identifiable information to the provider of this Software.
- Users of a Corporate License may not install and use this Software on more computers than the maximum number specified at the time the license was granted.
- Recipients of a Corporate License must track and manage the number of computers on which this Software is installed to ensure it does not exceed the allowed limit.
